Laughing to Heal Mind, Body and Spirit!
This workshop brought us energy through cardiovascular activity.
Ninnavita was happy to host Effie K & Denise D laughter leaders from Energy LOL.
The participants had a great time moving their bodies and jogging their minds to fulfill a sense of well-being and stimulate the endorphins which help us feel good, better and best.
We all learned that it is very important to practice these exercises daily to maintain the proper balance.
